Brownie Mint Tartlets

  • 1 package (regular size) Duncan Hines® double fudge brownie mix
  • 12 round chocolate covered mint patties

Preheat oven to 350°.

Mix chewy fudge or cake-like brownies as directed on the label. Place paper cupcake liners in 12 muffin cups and fill about half full of batter.

Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately place a chocolate covered mint on top of each tartlet; allow to soften (about 5 minutes). Swirl each mint with a knife to give a marbled frosting look.
