Coconut Custard

Nina Henson, FHS

  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup coconut

Mix well; put in unbaked pie crust.

Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
