- 3/4 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups peaches (canned or fresh)
Melt butter in baking dish. Mix flour, sugar and milk together and pour batter on melted butter. Do not stir; place peaches (other fruit may be used) on top.
Bake approximately 40 minutes at 350°.
