Peach Cobbler

In saucepan, combine 1 1/2 cups peaches and 3/4 cup water. Boil for 2 minutes. In mixing bowl, mix together 1 cup sugar and 1 cup self-rising flour, ten add 1 cup milk.

  • 1 stick buttr
  • 3/4 cup sugar

In a 10×6 inch pan, melt 1 stick butter. Spread flour mixture over butter. Add peaches on top. Sprinkle 3/4 cup sugar on top. Do not use electric mixer.

Bake at 300° for 1 hour in glass pan.
