Peanut Butter Balls

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 lb powdered sugar
  • 2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup ground pecans
  • 1 block semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 block paraffin

Cream margarine and peanut butter together. Add pecans. Gradually add powdered sugar. After all the ingredients are mixed together, form into small balls. Chill. Mix paraffin and chocolate in double boiler. Dip balls in chocolate mixture until all is coated. Place on wax paper until they are cool.

Makes about 50 to 75 pieces.
