Lemon Crisps

  • 1 package Duncan Hines® lemon supreme deluxe cake mix
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp grated lemon peel
  • Pecan halves, if desired

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. If desired, top each cookie with a pecan half.

Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden. Cool on cookie sheet about 1 minute, then remove to rack to finish cooling.
