- 1 package Duncan Hines® yellow deluxe cake mix
- 1 cup Jif® peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Crisco® oil
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Press a crisscross on each cookie with fork prongs that you have dipped in water.
Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes until golden. Cool on cookie sheet for about 1 minute, then remove to racks to finish cooling.
