- 1 box brown sugar
- 2 sticks oleo
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 cup chopped nuts
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 10 Tbsp cocoa
- Pinch of salt
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Melt butter and stir in cocoa. In mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Cook in two 8×8 inch greased and floured pans. Oven temperature should be 350°. Cook approximately 20 minutes; be careful not to let your brownies overcook as they will become hard.
