Cocoa Peanut Clusters

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup sweet milk
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup roasted peanuts

Mix sugar, cocoa and milk in a boiler. Boil 6 minutes, counting from time it begins bubbling. Add butter, nuts and vanilla. Remove from heat. Stir just enough to mix nuts.

Drop by spoonful’s on waxed paper. Taste similar to peanut patties.

Yields 20 pieces.
