- Large white onions (one for each person)
- Bacon, fried and crumbled
Peel onions and quarter; don’t cut all the way through the bottom, just cut down far enough to pull onion slightly apart. Stuff onion with butter, crumbled bacon, salt and pepper.
Microwave on HIGH until onions are tender but still in one piece.
Serve with pork chops, fried chicken, etc.
