Microwave Meat Loaf

  • 2 lb ground round
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp Accent®

Combine meat, eggs, catsup, bread, crumbs, soup mix, water and Accent® in 2 quart casserole. Mix together thoroughly. Level mixture. Cover with waxed paper and cook on HIGH for 17 minutes. Rotate dish and dip off accumulated fat.

Let stand 5 minutes.
