Sloppy Joe Sandwiches (Microwave)

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup bottled barbeque sauce
  • 2 Tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
  • 6 hamburger buns, warmed

Crumble 1 pound ground beef into 2 quart glass casserole. Stir in onion. Cover with glass lid. Microwave for 5 to 6 minutes on HIGH, drain fat. (Don’t break apart chunks until after draining fat, it’s easier to drain if you don’t.) Stir in remaining ingredients for hamburger mixture; recover.

Microwave for 5 to 6 minutes on REHEAT or until hot.

Let stand covered 5 minutes before serving. Spoon onto warm split hamburger buns.
