- 1 1/2 ground chuck
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire® sauce
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Shape into a microwave dish. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave 15 minutes or until done. Let stand covered in dish 5 minutes, then spoon glaze over meat loaf to serve.
Glaze:
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sause
- 1/4 tsp mustard
- 1 Tbsp meat loaf drippings
Combine ingredients for glaze in a glass custard cup. Microwave at HIGH 1 minute. Spoon over Tangy Meat Loaf.
