Tangy Meat Loaf Microwave Dish

  • 1 1/2 ground chuck
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire® sauce

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Shape into a microwave dish. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave 15 minutes or until done. Let stand covered in dish 5 minutes, then spoon glaze over meat loaf to serve.

Glaze:

  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sause
  • 1/4 tsp mustard
  • 1 Tbsp meat loaf drippings

Combine ingredients for glaze in a glass custard cup. Microwave at HIGH 1 minute. Spoon over Tangy Meat Loaf.
