Louisiana Watermelon Festival Recipe
- 1 1/2 cups diced watermelon
- 2 cups miniature
- 1 T. flake coconut
- 1 T. watermelon juice
- 2 T. sliced, unsalted almonds
- 1 cup whipped topping
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Mix lightly. Chill. Serve in individual compotes. Mix lightly. Chill.
