Watermelon Fluff

Louisiana Watermelon Festival Recipe

  • 1 1/2 cups diced watermelon
  • 2 cups miniature
  • 1 T. flake coconut
  • 1 T. watermelon juice
  • 2 T. sliced, unsalted almonds
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Mix lightly. Chill. Serve in individual compotes. Mix lightly. Chill.

Serve in individual compotes.

Makes 4 servings.
