Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997
- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cup flour
- 2 sticks butter or oleo
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cup Rice Krispies®
Cut butter into flour. Add cayenne and salt. Work in cheese and Rice Krispies® with hands or fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. (Make into small cookie size before baking. May put half pecan pressed into ball. If you want hotter, sprinkle more cayenne over it before baking.
