Zucchini Bread

Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997

  • 3 cup flour
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cup zucchini, grated
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Mix as usual. Add sour cream last. Beat 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in nuts and raisins. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or more.
