RICH PEANUT BUTTER BARS

Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup margarine or butter
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup self-rising flour

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x13x2 inch pan. Melt peanut butter and margarine or butter in microwave. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until blended.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.

Yields about 2 dozen squares.
