Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997

• 1 box strawberry cake mix
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 cup Egg Beaters®
• 1 small container lite Cool Whip®
• 1 cup powdered sugar

This is great for showers. Can use any flavor of cake mix. Set sugar aside. Mix all other ingredients with a spoon. Drop by teaspoonful into powdered sugar and roll. Place on a greased (Pam® sprayed) cookie sheet. Bake in a 325 degree oven until golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes.

Let cool on wax paper.

Yield: 4 dozen.
