Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oleo or butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • 3/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 4 1/2 cup self-rising flour

Mix alternately. Don’t allow dough to be too stiff. Roll into balls and press flat or roll out and cut with cookie cutters. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar combination. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees on slightly greased baking sheet.
