Blueberry Cream Cheese Cake

Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997

  • 1 package Duncan Hines butter cake mix
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 can blueberries, drained
  • 1 stick margarine

Cream cheese and margarine together real good. Add eggs and oil, then add cake mix. Stir real good. Fold in the blueberries.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Put glaze on top while cake is warm.

ICING OR GLAZE

  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 to 3 tbsp. milk
