Blueberry Pound Cake

  • 1 butter cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can blueberries, well drained (NOT blueberry pie filling)
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Crisco® oil

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix the cake mix, cream cheese, eggs, and oil together. (Mixture will be thick). Beat at high speed for 2 minutes. Fold in blueberries by hand. Spray Bundt® pan with Pam® until saturated. Pour in cake. Bake 1 hour exactly (DO NOT OPE OVEN). Set pan on cold wet towel for 10 minutes**. Turn out onto plate.

** This really works! Just make sure to spray Pam® thickly and that towel is very cold.
