MOMMA’S BBQ SAUCE

  • 64 oz (1.81kg) KETCHUP
  • 15 oz. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons YELLOW MUSTARD
  • 2 tablespoons LEMON JUICE
  • 1 tablespoon ONION POWDER
  • 1 tablespoon GARLIC POWDER
  • 1 (12 ounce) BEER
  • 1/4 cup LIQUID HICKORY SMOKE
  • 3/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
  • 3 tablespoons MOLASSES
  • 1/4 cup GRAPE JELLY(optional)
  • 1 tablespoon CHOPPED CHIPOTLES in ADOBO sauce

Mix all ingredients in a large sauce pan and cook on medium low for 15 minutes to let the ingredients condense a bit and the alcohol cook out. Place in jars and refrigerate up to 6 months.
