MOMMA’S BBQ SAUCE
- 64 oz (1.81kg) KETCHUP
- 15 oz. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 to 2 tablespoons YELLOW MUSTARD
- 2 tablespoons LEMON JUICE
- 1 tablespoon ONION POWDER
- 1 tablespoon GARLIC POWDER
- 1 (12 ounce) BEER
- 1/4 cup LIQUID HICKORY SMOKE
- 3/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
- 3 tablespoons MOLASSES
- 1/4 cup GRAPE JELLY(optional)
- 1 tablespoon CHOPPED CHIPOTLES in ADOBO sauce
Mix all ingredients in a large sauce pan and cook on medium low for 15 minutes to let the ingredients condense a bit and the alcohol cook out. Place in jars and refrigerate up to 6 months.
