MERMAID ICE CREAM with MAGICAL UNICORN SPRINKLES
- 2-1/2 CUPS heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1-14 ounce can SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
Gel Food Coloring, purple, turquoise and pink is what we chose Any Sprinkles of your choice, we used unicorn sprinkles, white sugar pearls, and multi-colored chocolate pearls.
Mix the cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla with the whisk attachment of your mixer until stiff peaks form. Then fold in the sweetened condensed milk. Separate into 3 bowls and color with your favorite gel colors. Gently stir in the colors to your liking. Dollop in a loaf pan or any container of your choice alternating colors. Use a butter knife or spatula and swirl the colors together. Cover with sprinkles and plastic wrap and freeze overnight. Scoop out and enjoy!!
