Reduced Fat and Calories

  • 1 box “lite” devil’s food cake mix
  • 1 can “fat-free” Eagle Brand® milk
  • 1 jar Kraft® caramel ice cream topping “fat-free”
  • 1 (8 oz) container “lite” Cool Whip®
  • 2 Tbsp Heath Bits

Bake cake according to low cholesterol instructions using only egg whites. When done remove from oven and punch holes in cake with wooden spoon handle or large meat fork. Mix the Eagle Brand® milk and caramel topping together and pour only half of the mixture over cake while hot. Reserve the other half in your refrigerator for use at another time. Refrigerate until cold. Top with Cool Whip® and sprinkle with Heath Bits®.

Just as delicious as the original high calorie and high fat version.

Serves 16. 244 Calories, 4 fat grams.
