Goulash – The Hillbilly Kitchen

The Hillbilly Kitchen – Down Home Country Cooking

When I made this Goulash, Bret ate it 3 nights in a row for supper. I believe he would have ate it 4 nights in a row if there had been enough of it left.

All you need to go with it is a slice or two of buttered bread and a glass of cold milk. It’s a pasta dish that’ll satisfy any meat and potato man.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. – Ground chuck
  • 4 cups – Fresh tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup – Onion chopped
  • 2 cups – Bell peppers chopped
  • 1 clove – Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Parsley chopped
  • 2 cups – Elbow macaroni noodles
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons – Sugar
  • Salt & pepper
