Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997

• 1 1/2 cup sweet potatoes, mashed
• 1 stick butter, melted
• 1 1/2 cup sugar
• 3 Tbsp flour
• 2 eggs
• 2/3 cup evaporated milk
• 1 tsp lemon extract
• 1 tsp vanilla.

Mix all ingredients well and pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes until done in center.
