Chocolate Crunch Pie

Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997

  • 2 cup Rice Krispies®
  • 1 1/2 tsp brown sugar substitute
  • 4 Tbsp plain peanut butter

Mix together and press in pie plate for crust.

Mix:

  • 2 small boxes diet chocolate pudding (instant)
  • 3 cup skim milk

Top with lite Cool Whip®.

Serves 8. Each serving; 1/2 bread, 1/2 meat, 1/2 fat, 1/2 milk exchanges.
