Mix these ingredients together in a casserole dish that has a tight lid.
- 2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
- 1 can of LeSeur English® peas
- 1 cup carrots sliced
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 can cream of celery soup plus 1/2 can of water
- 1 large raw potato, cut up
Put the lid on and put the casserole in a 275 degree oven. The stew will be done in 5 hours. Serve over rice.
Makes 5 to 6 servings.
