Ham and Noodle Casserole

Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997

  • 4 oz wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper
  • 2 tsp oil
  • Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp pimento
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cheese, grated
  • 1 cup ham, chopped

Sauté onion and bell in oil. Add cream of mushroom soup, pimento and milk. Add noodles and ham. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle top with cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
