Cranberry Chicken

Rose Mary Feazel
Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997

  • 6 to chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 (8 oz) bottle French salad dressing
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix

Mix whole cranberry sauce, salad dressing and dry soup mix. Place chicken breast in roaster pan or baking dish which has been sprayed with Pam®. Pour mixed sauce over breast and marinate at least 2 hours. (I marinate mine overnight.) Bake chicken in mixture at 350 degrees for I hour (uncovered).

Serve sauce over rice. Sounds weird but is delicious.
