Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and chunked
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 package onion soup mix
Coat potatoes with oil and onion soup mix. Place in roasting pan. Cover and cook at 450 degrees for 40 minutes or until tender.
