Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997
- 2 cups ham, cooked and diced
- 1 package frozen broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 cup rice, cooked
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup[
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- Dash garlic juice or salt
- 1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
- Seasoned croutons
- 1 stick butter or oleo
Mix all ingredients together except croutons and oleo. Put mixture in casserole dish, top with, top with croutons and slices of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 6 to 8.
