Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997
- 6 chicken breasts
- 1/2 to 3/4 sticks oleo
- 2 package dry Italian seasoning (Good Seasons®)
Melt oleo and add seasoning mix. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and add to oleo. Cook over low heat until done.
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
Stir above together until melted. Add chicken mixture and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
