  • 1 cup BEER, any kind you like
  • Pinch of SALT
  • 1 teaspoon CREOLE SEASONING

Mix batter ingredients together with a whisk and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Dip thawed, deveined, and peeled shrimp into the batter and fry in cooking oil for 3 minutes total. Take up and let drain on a paper towel.

WASABI MAYONNAISE SPREAD

  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup MAYONNAISE
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons WASABI
  • Juice of half a LIME
  • Fresh Ground PEPPER to taste

Stir these ingredients together in a bowl. Slice a PoBoy sized piece of bread from a loaf of French bread. Then slice in half to make a sandwich. Toast both sides on a griddle with butter. Spread some of the wasabi sauce on the inside of the bread. Build up layers of Shrimp, Shredded Lettuce, Thinly sliced Tomatoes and top with the other half of the toasted Bread.
