Chicken and Dressing

  • 1 large fryer or hen, boiled and boned (reserve broth)
  • 1 package corn bread mix, made up (baked and cooled)
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 5 eggs
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
