Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb bulk hot sausage
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cup (8 oz) Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup stuffed olives, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 oz wide noodles, cooked and drained
Brown meats and onion in large Dutch oven. Drain off fat. Stir in 1 cup cheese, pepper, corn, soup, tomato sauce, garlic, salt and noodles. Place in a 9×13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle remaining cup cheese over top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer. Makes 8 to servings.
