Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997
- 2 lbs hamburger meat
- 1 med head of cabbage
- 2 onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- You can use Bisquick® or make your own bread dough
Fry hamburger and 1 onion in heavy skillet. Cook cabbage and onion in a large cooker. When meat is brown, drain off grease. Mix with cabbage finish cooking until cabbage is tender. Take bread dough and roll out. Cut into squared. Put filling on squares and pinch all corners together than pinch openings together and put on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
