Chicken Pie

Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997

  • 2 cup chicken, diced and cooked
  • 1 1/2 celery, finely chopped
  • 1 green onion (top included
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheese
  • 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup potato chips
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Accent®
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Combine dressing and other ingredients (all ingredients). Turn into baked 9 inch pie shell and top with crushed potato chips. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
