Ken Hart’s Homemade Chili

  • 3 packages ground beef (approximately 1 1/2 lbs or 3 packages ground venison
  • 3 packages Williams Chili Seasoning
  • 3 large onions, diced
  • 2 cans Rotel® tomatoes
  • 4 cans tomato sauce
  • 2 cans tomatoes cubed
  • Chili powder to taste (careful)
  • Salt to taste
  • Water if too thick

Cook hamburger until done; drain. Add onions and and sauté until done. Add seasoning packages and mix well. Then add other ingredients and continue to simmer. Taste and if needed add salt and more chili powder.

This chili feeds a crowd and freezes well.
