Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997
- 1 medium chicken, cooked and cubed
- 3/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can pimento
- 1 cup Velveeta® cheese
In broth of chicken add 1 teaspoon each of salt and pepper and 1 package of long spaghetti. Cook spaghetti until done. Add all other ingredients and simmer about 30 minutes stirring often.
