- 1 can salmon
- 1 egg
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- Cracker crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
To the can of salmon, add egg, onion, salt pepper, and enough cracker crumbs to make easily into patties. Roll in flour and fry in hot grease.
