Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997
- 1 tsp ginger
- tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup flour
- 6 pork chops
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
Mix together ginger, salt, pepper, paprika, and flour. Coat pork chops. Brown in oil. After browning chops, place in baking dish and cover with a combination of pineapple juice, vinegar, and brown sugar. Cover casserole dish with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
