Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997
- 2 small packages cherry Jello®
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 (12 oz) Coca-Cola®
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Dissolve cherry Jello® in pineapple juice and enough water to equal 2 cups. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. When cool, add Coca-Cola®. As mixture begins to thicken (gel), add pineapple and pecans.
Chill and serve.
