The Hillbilly Kitchen – Down Home Country Cook
Ingredients:
Pot #1
- 1 cup – Sugar
- 1/2 cup – Water
- 1/8 teaspoon – Cream of tartar
Pot #2
- 2 cups – Sugar
- 2/3 cup – White corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon – Salt
- 1/4 cup – Water
Uncooked Ingredients:
- 3 – Egg whites
- 1 teaspoon – Real vanilla
- 1 cup – Finely chopped nuts. (I used pecans)
