- 2 small boxes orange Jello
- 1 large crushed pineapple
- 3 cups water (1 boiling and 2 cold)
- 3 bananas sliced
- 1 small package miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 pint (8 oz) whip cream (I use Cool Whip)
- 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese, grated
Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add 2 cups cold water, stir in undrained pineapple. Pour into large Pyrex dish. Slice bananas and arrange on top then cover with marshmallows. Let congeal overnight. Stir mayonnaise into Cool Whip®. Return on refrigerator until ready to serve.
