Orange Salad

  • 2 small boxes orange Jello
  • 1 large crushed pineapple
  • 3 cups water (1 boiling and 2 cold)
  • 3 bananas sliced
  • 1 small package miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 pint (8 oz) whip cream (I use Cool Whip)
  • 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, grated

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add 2 cups cold water, stir in undrained pineapple. Pour into large Pyrex dish. Slice bananas and arrange on top then cover with marshmallows. Let congeal overnight. Stir mayonnaise into Cool Whip®. Return on refrigerator until ready to serve.
