Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997
- 1 head cauliflower, break apart, wash, and drain well
- 2 bunches green onions, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp fat-free Ranch dressing
Toss all ingredients together, drain in colander and serve.
Exchange: 1 cup equals 1 vegetable.
