Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997
Make 1 (4 serving size) package orange Jello® with 1 cup water and 1 cup pineapple.
When it starts to congeal, add:
- 2 cups carrots, grated
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- 1 cab (flat size) crushed pineapple
Congeal and serve on lettuce leaf and top with mayonnaise.
