Farmerville First Baptist Church Sesquicentennial Cookbook 1847-1997
- 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup sugar
Let above ingredients come to a boil and add 2 envelopes Knox® gelatin dissolved in 1 cup cold water.
Then add:
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
- Pinch of salt
When mixture begins to set, fold in 1/2 pint whipping cream or 8 ounces Cool Whip.
