- 4 to 6 cup sharp cheese, grated
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped very fine
- 2 cups pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or more)
- 1 jar strawberry preserves
Mix cheese, onions, and pecans. Work in mayonnaise to hold together. Start with 1/2 cup, just enough to hold together. Spray springform pan or mold with Pam®. Press cheese mixture into mold. I use a springform pan and make a hole in center with a glass. Makes it look like a wreath; chill several hours (can make day ahead). When ready to serve top with chilled strawberry preserves. Garnish with whole fresh strawberries. Serve with crackers. Delicious! Enjoy!
