- 1 package frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 cup raw rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz) jar Cheez Whiz®
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
Sauté onion in butter. Cook and drain broccoli. Combine soups and Cheez Whiz. Heat until blended. Add onions, cooked rice, and broccoli to soup mixture. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
